Hoda A. Alkhzaimi
is currently a research assistant professor in New York University and the Director of Center of Cyber Security in NewYork University AD. She served in different posts for research and development in Cyber Security and Cryptology for the past years. She headed the Department of Research and Development for Cyber Security and Cryptology in different national initiatives in the United Arab Emirates along with her associations to different security initiatives nationally and internationally. Alkhzaimi has a specific expertise in cryptology; cryptanalysis, constructing and validating security hardware and software components, constructing trusted security architectures for different environments in different products for the respective industries. Hoda. Alkhzaimi obtained her PhD in Cryptanalysis from Denmark Technical University. Her current research interests include Space, Aerospace, and UAV security, constructing and analyzing cryptographic primitives, validating and investigating links between different cryptanalytic approaches and utilizing cryptographic primitives in different cybersecurity architectures as in Internet of Things and big data analysis among others.others.

Sultan Al Sharif
earned his B.S. in Computer Engineering with First-class honors from Khalifa University of Science and Technology in 2011, and then started working in Digital Forensic Lab as computer and mobile examiner in Abu Dhabi police. While working, he earned M.S. in Information Technology specialized in cyber security with highest distinction Honors Degree, then worked as cyber security investigator, and published three paper one in "An Approach for the Validation of File Recovery Functions in Digital Forensics' Software Tools", 6th International Conference on New Technologies, Mobility and Security (NTMS), UAE, 2014, another paper in " White-hat Hacking Framework for Promoting Security Awareness" 8th International conference on New Technologies, Mobility and Security, Cyprus, 2016” and a paper in "Magec: An Image Searching Tool for Detecting Forged Images in " 8th International conference on New "Forensic Investigation Technologies, Mobility and Security, Cyprus, 2016” He has a patent in "Human Eye Controlled Computer Mouse Interface", received by the United States Patent and Trademark Office under patent number 9075453, status Grant, Filed December 29, 2011, issued July 7, 2015. His fields of interest is cyber security.

Abdulrahman Bajaber
is a co-founder and the Managing Director at Trusted Security Inc., and an entrepreneur specializ- ing in cybersecurity and innovation within cybersecurity training and development. Prior to Trusted Security, Mr. Bajaber worked for BBN Technologies in Boston, MA,Thigah Business Services and led many universities'technical and social clubs. Mr. Bajaber holds a M.S degree from George Mason University specializing in Telecommunications and Network forensics. He is the core developer ofSECUREI 7 program, a cybersecurity fellowship program sponsored by Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority(SAMA). The program came of a need in filling the gap of professionals within the financial sector, a sector that's heavily targeted by regional and international threat actors that are economically, financially, and geo-politically motivated. The program was engineered to serve SAMA, as well as seven other sponsors, to build future cybersecurity leaders away from long-term and academic scholarships and short, disconnected, and fire-hosed courses. Mr. Bajaber is also a co-founder of Bsides Riyadh chapter, a version ofa well-known community-driven conference that is to be held in Riyadh for the first time this year. Also, he is a member of many cybersecurity communities.

Stuart Bird
At Symantec Stuart Bird helps clients identify, contain, and eradicate the threat of increasingly sophisticated attack actors as part of Symantec's Global Incident Response Service. He is based out of Dubai and has a specific remit to the Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to joining the Symantec, Stuart worked for three years as the Head of Forensics and Incident Response for a niche IT consultancy in the United Kingdom, working on various public and private sector accounts in relation to Digital Forensics and Incident Response projects. This team was one of less than twenty companies globally who are authorized to conduct payment card breach investigation by the PCI Security Standards Council. These comprised of clients within Government Departments, Police, banks, transport, insurance, technology, utilities and aerospace verticals. Prior to this Stuart held a Director position at a prominent UK-based digital forensics provider. Before that Stuart worked as an Investigations Manager within the Security Health Check and Digital Forensics department within a major UK defense company, working on various public and private sector accounts in relation to Digital Forensics and Incident Response projects.

Stuart served for over twenty-one years as a Police Officer within UK Faw Enforcement, serving on a variety of specialized units covering Homicide, Serious Crime, Intelligence, Fraud, Organized Crime, Terrorism and Computer Crime. Stuart holds a variety of related specialist professional qualificationsand has been a guest lecturer on Digital Forensics and Cyber Security courses at Cambridge University and has presented technical keynote speeches at high profile international Cyber Security conferences.

Hariprasad Chede
With over 18 years of experience Hari brings expertise in information security, consulting and risk management specific to the financial and Telecom sector.

He has earned a number of prestigious certifications on information security and assurance from leading organisations like ISACA and (ISC)2. Additionally, Hari is associated with ISACA UAE Chap¬ter board since 2006 and is currently its Past - President.

He also has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore University, India.

Tony El Haiby
Tony is an experienced information security professional with 13+ years of global experience in the information security field, having served at Cisco Systems, At&t, Ericsson, Deloitte and Touche, and Hewlett Packard, with a multitude of disciplines and expertise in various information security domains such as strategic information security program implementation, Cyber Defense Center (CDC), Network security designs and architectures, ISO 27001 implementation, Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Management, Business Continuity Management, Cloud Computing Security, Threat Analysis, Cyber Risk Assessment, Cyber Security health check, Malicious Activity Assess¬ment, Data Feakage Assessment, and Cyber Watch.

His professional experience includes; beading and managing the Security Intelligence & Opera¬tions Consulting (SIOC) practice across Middle East, Mediterranean, and Africa at Hewlett Packard. This included building and improving security operations capabilities for enterprises and govern¬ments. Most SIOC engagements involve over $2M in services revenue and typically span several months with over several resources. Involved in the development of the 'hunt team' SlOC proposi¬tion involving the training, methodology and data science skills needed for analysts to work in 'big-data' analytics, as well as the exchange of threat intelligence between peer organizations using OpenIOC and STIX/TAXII.

Sam Foroutani
Sam is a Directorin EY's Risk - Cybersecurity competency and is based in Dubai. Sam has more than lO years of professional experience in Information Technology and Security services assignments in the MiddleEast. Sam is leading Cybersecurity for Financial Services sector across MENA. He is leading Cyber Program Management(CPM)for MENA across AIM and is appointed as the PMO Lead on theEY GE Digital Alliance

Sam has worked on several key engagements, covering diverse industry sectors, including lnsurance, Financial services and Government Sectors. His significant engagements uptodate include: successful completion an Information Security Governance review for a leading bank in Saudi Arabia. Sam has attained a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from the American University in Dubai and aMasters degree in Information Security fromRoyal Holloway, University of London.

Mohamad Amin Hasbini
joined Kaspersky Lab in 2013 as a Senior Security Researcher in the Global Research & Analysis Team(GReAT). Amin is responsible for Kaspersky's expert positioning in the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, as well as research development and knowledge support of the regional office in Dubai, UAE.

Prior to joining Kaspersky Lab, Amin was a Senior Security and Privacy Consultant at Deloitte & Touche ME and before that a Security Engineer at DataConsult Lebanon. Amin lead many infrastructure, security consulting and penetration testing projects for government entities, banks and service providers especially in the Middle East and the GCC region. He is also a trainer for information security courses, like Forensics and malware analysis, EC-Council Ethical Hacker and Cisco CCNA Security. Amin is specialized in Cyber Threat Intelligence and targeted attacks mitiga¬tion. He has a Professional Master degree in Security of Networks and Systems (Saint-Joseph University, Lebanon) and working on his PHD at Brunel University London, he also has different certifications from GlAC, EC-COUNCIL, CISCO, EMC RSA, Harvard Business Publishing and British Standards Institution.

Sebastian Madden
Madden a former UK senior civil servant who has been working on national cyber security issues for 21 years. He is PGI's Chief Corporate Development Officer and has led PGI's international cyber capability building projects for the last four years. His projects include national cyber security strategies, training and development programmes, peer to peer learning networks and cyber security exercises for government, law enforcement and corporate clients in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.

Before joining PGI, Sebastian worked as a strategy consultant, specialising in developing govern¬ment cyber and national security structures, including projects to build the UK's ability to protect critical national infrastructure from cyber-attack and to enable operational collaboration on, and response to, cyber security attacks between UK companies and the UK government.

Prior to that, Sebastian had a fast stream career in the UK civil service which he joined on leaving Oxford University in 1996. He worked in the Cabinet Office on the UK's response to the year 2000 date change and to develop online government services. He was promoted to the senior civil service in 2001 as Programme Director to establish the UK's central emergency response mechanisms, serving as Secretary to the Cabinet's Civil Contingencies Committee. He was appointed Chief of Staff to the UK's National Security Advisor in 2002 and worked from 2002 to 2005 to coordinate, strengthen and resource national security, intelligence, cyber and civil emergency structures.

Jonathan Martin
based in London, is the Anomali Operations Director, covering Europe, Middle East, Africa and India. Before joining Anomali, he was one of the first employees of ArcSight in EMEA, helping to grow the company from its infancy through the acquisition and successful integration into HP's Enterprise Security Products division.

Prior to ArcSight he worked for British Airways as well as a number of security companies including CyberGuard & Critical Path. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Bradford, UK.

Karthik Ramakrishnan
is an experienced CyberSecurity Enthusiast with over Myears of experience in Network Forensics, Incident response and Investigations, Managed Security Solutions & Project Management. He has extensive hands-on knowledge of the various domains of Information Security gained by working for some of the leading Information Security Vendors across EMEA, in pre and post sales capacities. He currently works at Symantec as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting the EMEA Emerging region. Karthik is a certified information security professional, holding a CISSP and a Master's in Information Security.

Ivor Rankin
Ivor has over 16 years international experience as a technical and strategic specialist on Digital Forensics, Incident Response and Cybercrime investigations. Ivor Rankin joined the Abu Dhabi Police as a Digital Forensic and Cybercrime specialist in 2009, and is presently the Lead Technical Adviser - Digital Forensic Investigations at the Emirates Electronic Evidence Center(EEEC) within the Abu Dhabi Police Criminal Investigation Directorate.

Radwane Saad
Radwane joined EY Dubai in September 2015 as a Manager in the Advisory practice, specializingin IT Security for the Financia lSector . From March 2011-August 2015 he was a Consultantin EY Paris in the Advisory practice, specializing in IT Security for the Financial Sector. His skills are Information security strategy, IT Infrastructure design and evaluation, IT security audit (including risk analysis), Cyber Security, Attack and Penetration (A&P) Testing, Systemand network security, Privacy and data protection; P2P and Cloud Computing, Evaluation and Implementation of IT systems within the Banking, and Insurance Sectors and for Governmental Institutions.

His myriad of experiences include ITSecurity audit and A&P testing for an international bank including Black Boxtesting phase, WhiteBoxtesting phase and Code Review of Web applications and Internal audit support for a bank to assesst he technical architecture entity. The engagement objectives were to provide assessments on the major processes and the server configuration.

Radwane has Ph.D. in Computer Sciences and Telecommunications Security from Telecom Paris Tech. He was Lecturer in France at ISEP, ESIC, IUT de Villetaneuse, InstitutGalillee, Telecom ParisTech, Telecom Sud Paris and ESCP Europe and has published 7 articles in the following conferences: LCN 2010, SoftCom 2010, NOTERE 2010, NTMS 2008, SAR-SSI 2008, LCN 2008 and NAEC 2008.

Yaser Ahmed Shaikh
Yasir is currently working as a Manager with the Advisory Risk practice of EY, focusing on cyberse- curity within Financial Services. Yasir joined EY in EY Americas practice and is currently based out of EY MENA Dubai office. He has experience in information security management, vendor risk assessment, IT and information security audits and program management.He has experience in information security management, vendor risk assessment, IT and information security audits and program management. He has worked with multiple financial organizations in the USA and has conducted multiple onsite and remote vendor assessments covering information security controls, physical security and business continuity.

He worked with major banks in the USA and for one conducted 1AM maturity assessment including strategy, policy and roadmap. Identified gaps towards the future state by assessing the current state of the access management across all business units.Planned the 1AM Maturity framework, operating model and strategy for the bank.

For another he conducted a post incident review for a major APT related security incident. Assessed the current incident response procedures and provided prioritized recommendations.

Dino Wilkinson
Dino Wilkinson is a partner with international law firm Clyde & Cowho has been based in the UAE for more than ten years.

Dino is recognised as one of the leading technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) lawyers in the Middle East. He has advised clients throughout the region ona range of issues including cybersecurity, data protection and the regulation of emerging technologies.

Dino has also worked with regional governments and regulators on a number of significant legislative developments in this area, including drafting the ElectronicTransactions Law for Dubai International Financial Centre, consulting with Abu Dhabi Global Market on proposed changes to its Data Protection Regulations

Stephanie Perry
Stephanie is PGI Cyber's Head of Information Assurance Services and Training. She leads strategic cyber security programmesand consulting engagements for a variety of commer¬cial and government clients including BFSI, telecommunications and energy sector clients- Stephanie also holds the UK Government certified training status of GCHQ Certified Trainer including in educating Executive and Senior Risk Officers.

Stephaniebrings wide experience across multiple compliance, control and Information Security Management Systems implementations. She holds CISSP and PCI-DSS certifica¬tions, is a Lead 27001 and 27000 Lead Auditor andis experienced in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) and COBIT5 compliance control systems. This allows her to undertake a sensible and pragmatic interpretation and cross-referral of any new compliance and control system being implemented across a sector or organisation. She also has deep experience across wider Business Continuity and Quality Management including ISO 9001,22301 and ITIL.

Before joining PGI, Stephanie built her deep knowledge working in the financial and telecommunications sectors. Most recently, Stephanie designed, built, and oversaw imple-mentation and continuity ofVISA Europe'scompliance framework. In addition to developing the framework and senior management reporting criteria, Stephanie ensured compliance standards were integrated across all project management deliverables, and aligned with IT Security initiatives. She remained the primary contact for all Information Security compli¬ance audits, ensuring the functioned smoothly despite a backdrop of changing regulatory and governance demands.

Prior to joining VISA, Stephanie worked at Virgin Media, one of the UK's largest telecoms providers. Here she oversaw the process through which Virgin Media became the first UK organisation to achieve NGN-224, demonstrating her deep skill in introducing new and unfamiliar compliance measures into corporate organisations.

Neil Haskins
Neil has a proven 27-year track record in the security industry. He has worked within several government establishments both in the UK and overseas. Neil has successfully delivered security solutions in nearly all major industry sectors, ranging from finance and healthcare to manufactur¬ing and retail.

A certified security professional and ethical hacker, Neil holds memberships with the Institute of Information Security Professionals, Royal United Services Institute for Defence and Security Studies, and ASIS International. Aisling Malone
joined AIG as a Financial Lines underwriter in July 2011. Within this role, she was responsible for underwriting Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers Liability and was instrumental in launching AIG's Cyber insurance solution in the UAE. In 2014, Aisling was made Head of Profession- al Indemnity and Cyber Liability for Middle East and North Africa, in this capacity she leads and manages AIG's PI and Cyber Liability portfolios across MENA with a focus on thought leadership, underwriting excellence, best practice and training and development. AIG provides professional indemnity and cyber insurance solutions to clients across a range of industry segments including construction, media, technology, legal and real estate.
